Yours truly will be opening up for fantastic comedians T "Butler" Davis and Keith Terry on April 1st at Pandora's Lounge.

The announcement was officially made on Tuesday's edition on "The Carter Bryant Show", where Davis joined me to chat about his career in Los Angeles. Davis, who is now resides in Little Rock, is an El Dorado High School graduate (Class of '88) and has opened for acts such as Kevin Hart and Eddie Griffin.

Terry has 13 years of comedic experience. He's worked with comedic and musical acts, including multiple tours with Michael Bublé.  His ability to connect with the audience is unlike any other comedian performing in Arkansas.

Before listening to the clip below, grab a box of tissues. Better yet, warn your loved ones now. You will hug them tighter than you ever have before after listening.

"Growing up in the projects was a tough deal...My mother was on drugs. My father was away...My grandmother did everything for me."

"One of my best friends got killed in front of me. That changed the perspective of how I viewed things...I didn't have a support system."

"Crack addiction is tough. I watched it my entire life through my mother."

London Crawford's life story is captivating. His journey from the projects of Mobile to the hills of Fayetteville will hopefully inspire those who have hit low points in their own lives.

 Interview Highlights:

Crawford shares the story of initially committing to LSU, but flipping to Arkansas because of Gus Malzahn and a few others.

Crawford's mother battled crack addiction. His father was not around, became homeless and also was on drugs. So his grandmother had to do the dirtiest of jobs to "make ends meet".

Crawford speaks on how his high school friends would kill each other through gang activities and grudges.

Crawford shared the story of Janice and Brian Givens, who took him in his freshman year of high school, and the racism they faced once that happened.

Houston Nutt was Crawford's first Razorback head coach and Malzahn was his offensive coordinator. Crawford shares how they shaped him and if the two got along.

Crawford dives into the personality of the polarizing Bobby Petrino..."He never smiled".

Darren McFadden, Felix Jones and others would get into airsoft gun battles and wrestling matches with Crawford and his fellow younger teammates. Their behavior got them into a great deal of trouble with the university.

"Groupies" surrounded Crawford and his teammates. He shared some truths and myths of a college football player's life.

Crawford sings Adele.

Crawford shares his love for Jacksonville Sharks touchdown celebrations, Jeff Bouchy and head coach Les Moss.

His Career:

Crawford finished his Razorback career with 54 receptions for 759 yards and four touchdowns. His career highlight came against LSU in 2008, the school he initially committed to play collegiate football.

Crawford currently plays for the Jacksonville Sharks of the Arena Football League. Despite multiple knee injuries, he has amassed 139 receptions for 1,574 yards and 34 touchdowns in his three seasons with the Sharks.

The Sharks have become known commodity in the AFL for touchdown celebrations. Crawford and the rest of the receivers garnered national attention for their reenactment of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's "People Elbow".

This is the first of many recap posts of shows from the week. They will likely be from my morning sports program "The Carter Bryant Show" on AM 1400/107.1 FM "The Fan". But occasionally I will share some bright moments from KIX 103's "Total Request Lunch" powered by Larry's Pizza.

Monday's Super Bowl recap was a blast. It seems shows are the easiest the day after a massive game. But it is quite the opposite. There is so much to discuss. The key is to find what captivates the most amount of people. I hope you enjoy!
